Garage Door Has a Tube Instead of Springs

You have a torque tube system. We convert this to a torsion spring setup, offering improved durability and fewer long-term issues.

• Torsion Spring Conversion Includes:
  • One or two new torsion springs (based on door weight; minimum 10,000 cycles)
  • New galvanized lifting cables
  • All required hardware (drums, bearing plates, brackets, etc.)
• Optional Add-on:
  • Complete set of 6200Z sealed bearing rollers rated for 100,000 cycles ($100)

Minor Service & Repairs — $145 + Parts (Flat Rate)

For general troubleshooting or minor issues:

• Lubrication of moving parts
• Tighten/check nuts and bolts
• Inspect lifting cables for damage and rust
